Young lawyers often come to our firm after having already gained their first experience at international law firms for better prospects for their future career in a medium-sized law firm in the long term. We shall strive to meet these expectations.
We offer new colleagues to be sent abroad or in companies by secondment. Such on-site activities, for example with staff function in the legal department of a company, sharpen the view for the needs of our corporate clients.
We train dedicated and good interns at any time and offer them to gather diverse experiences in the legal profession. Under the supervision of experienced associates and partners, you will be working on real cases from the very first day, and you will be able to test out which aspects of the legal practice you are particularly interested in. Are you good at counseling or are you perhaps a born litigator? At our firm, you will have the opportunity to try yourself at numerous legal areas and advisory fields. The career development for lawyers at PETERS Rechtsanwälte consists of three stages: Associate, Senior Associate, Partner. A Partner at PETERS Rechtsanwälte will be appointed, if, according to the opinion of the Partners´ meeting, the candidate has made an outstanding contribution to the development of our law firm and has proven himself as a lawyer personality.
